Google Postmaster Tools

We support importing daily domain reputation and deliverability data from Google Postmaster Tools, so you can monitor how your mail performs at Gmail and Google Workspace, right alongside your other RBL and email-deliverability checks.

This is a premium feature, available on Enterprise, Ultimate, and any plan with premium sources. It is domain-based, so it applies to your domain (URIBL) hosts.

You connect one or more Google accounts with a read-only authorization. We then pull each domain's metrics once a day and compare them against the thresholds you set, raising an alert when a metric falls outside the range you expect.

What we import

For each domain registered in your Google Postmaster Tools account, we collect two kinds of data.

Rate metrics (compared against your thresholds):

  • Spam Rate: the user-reported spam rate.
  • Delivery Error Rate: the rate of messages Google rejected or deferred.
  • SPF / DKIM / DMARC Authentication Rates: the share of your mail passing each authentication mechanism.
  • TLS Inbound / Outbound Encryption Rates: the share of mail encrypted in transit.

Compliance checks (pass / fail against Google's sender requirements):

  • SPF, DKIM, DMARC Policy, DMARC Alignment
  • One-Click Unsubscribe and Honor Unsubscribe

How it fits together

  1. Register and verify your domains in Google Postmaster Tools.
  2. Connect your Google account in the portal.
  3. Enable the checks you care about on your Monitoring Profiles.
  4. View the historical graphs for any connected domain.

Pricing

There are no additional fees for importing Google Postmaster Tools data. Domains you choose to monitor are billed as regular hosts under your plan.
